PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship to all countries internationally and offer free insurance and loss protection on all orders.

Once your item is dispatched, estiminated delivery time is 8-23 days depending on your location. 

We kindly request that you allow us up to 3 days to process your order before it can be shipped out. It's important to note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time. Therefore, the total time it will take for you to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time. 

Additionally, please be aware that we ship orders exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday). Any orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

If you do choose priority processing as a shipping option in the checkout page, we will bump your order to the top & process your order within 2 days.

DELAYS

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, COVID-19, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
