  • If you receive the wrong item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work quickly to rectify the mistake. You may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request and the necessary documentation.

Note:

  • Our refund policy is applicable only to damaged items or incorrect orders. We do not issue refunds for wrong shipping address, changes of mind, buyer's remorse, or for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
