 Is the battery rechargable or replaceable?

We use a lithium battery and is replaceable (for the guitar pick only). However, it is not rechargable. We are currently working on an rechargable pick.

What is the battery lifespan of SparklePicks Guitar Pick?

Our picks are designed to last up to 360,000 flashes or approximately 120 hours of playtime.

What are the thickness of your picks?

Our Sparkling Bass pick features a tri-tip design incorporating three distinct thickness combined into one. The total thickness is 3mm

Our Sparkling Guitar pick has a thickness of 0.7mm, the most popular and best option for articulate and dynamic playing.

Do I need to buy batteries?

No, our Sparkling Picks already has an integrated lithium battery inside.

When will I receive my order?

We ship to all countries internationally and offer free insurance and loss protection on all orders.

Once your item is dispatched, estiminated delivery time is 8-23 days depending on your location. Please allow also for up to 3 days order processing times.

Where can I find my tracking number?

The moment your items are processed and shipped out, you will receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact us at support@sparklepick.com for support.
